Departures: Departs daily 2 hours prior to sunset or sunrise, depending the moon phase. Approximate tour times are 5;30 pm or 5:30 am with pickups from the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta beginning one hour prior. The hour changes according to the time of year as well. Exact meeting instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher sent via email.
Length: Approximately 5 hours including transportation from Puerto Vallarta to Mismaloya. Approximately 3 hours if meeting directly at the beach.
Bioluminescence Los Arcos Paddle Tour Recommendations:
Children: Minimum recommended age to paddle with a parent is 5 years old in a kayak. Kids sharing equipment with their parents pay half price! Minimum age to paddle your own SUP or Kayak is 15 years old.
Restrictions: You must have prior SUP experience to participate on a paddleboard. If joining the sunset tour, you may arrive earlier at the beach to enjoy free SUP lessons and practice time before the tour. If joining a sunrise tour, you’ll need to take your complimentary lesson the day before. There is no extra charge for the lesson — your safety and enjoyment come first.
