Departures: Daily at 9:00am, but pickups begin as early as 5:30 am depending your hotel location. Cancun pickups start as early as 5:30 am, Riviera Maya 7:00 am, and Tulum hotels 8:30 am. Exact meeting instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher sent via email.
Length: 7 hours activity time + transportation depending on hotel (up to 11 hours).

Children: All ages welcome! Kids ages 4 to 10 pay a discounted rate. Children 3 and under are free!
Restrictions: This is an easy to moderate activity. The Tulum Ruins are even wheelchair friendly! However, for the cenotes you will need to be able to navigate uneven terrain that may be slippery. Snorkeling is done from a boat, so you will need to be able to climb into and out of a small boat from shore and during the snorkeling activity. If you have mobility issues, you may want to consider a visit to the ruins only.

Please remember to apply your biodegradable reef-safe sunblock prior to departing. You will not be allowed to re-apply sunblock anytime near the water activities.
